ORDER AND SHIPPING
RODO orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or www.rodo.it
When the order is shipped, Clients can request the ODD service (ON DEMAND DELIVERY) provided by DHL Express free of charge. Clients receive an email specifying the tracking number and the date of delivery and additional information and options (change of address, change of the date of delivery, shipment to SVC point).SHIPPING TIMES
Most of Europe: delivery within 2-4 days
US – New Yourk: delivery within 1 day
Rest of the US: delivery within 2 days
Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days
Covid-19 emergency could cause a 2 days delay.

RODO doesn’t include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you will need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, Norway, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., USA
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK, these are not included at checkout.
